High Efficiency Wet Mixing Granulator CHL-50
Our company’s high-speed wet granulator is an improved product based on similar imported products. It features easy operation and simplified processes. The obtained granules fall within the 16 to 80 mesh range, and the entire granulation process can be completed in just a few minutes. While foreign countries mainly use resin-based organic solvents as adhesives, the pharmaceutical industry in our country mostly uses starch-based adhesives. We have conducted experiments on ten types of drugs, including four categories: sulfonamides, vitamins, antibiotics, and compound preparations. We used various proportions (10%, 13%, 15%, 18%) of starch paste and different concentrations of organic solvents as adhesives for the tests, and the granules produced showed excellent performance and met the quality requirements.
